Lorraine Ufland, LLB (Hons)

Founder, Lorraine Ufland, has worked for over 24 years as a commercial real estate lawyer.  Her roles have included being a Partner with Lawrence Graham and White & Case.

Lorraine has wide ranging experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, both domestic and international. She has specialised in advising real estate investment funds, private equity houses and property companies, both public and private, in connection with acquisitions, disposals and lettings particularly in the office, retail, leisure and industrial sectors and on the real estate aspects of corporate transactions.

Lorraine has also acted on significant number of cross border real estate transactions.
